Refund policy
At olox, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each formula and tool is designed with precision, intention, and care. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order for Australian customers if you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item.
For all other returns, we accept requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, email us at info@olox.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
We’ll reply with return instructions and return address details.
Change of mind
If you've changed your mind or need a different product, we’re happy to offer:
- An exchange, or
- A store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Until the items reach us, they remain your responsibility.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Seals must be intact and packaging undamaged
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accessories must not show signs of use or wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
What can be returned
All items are eligible for return, provided they meet our return conditions.
If your product is damaged, faulty, or not performing as expected, please contact us at info@olox.com.au before initiating a return.
Where to return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return postage and duties.
We do not currently offer international exchanges.

Afterpay and Zip Pay
If your order was made via Afterpay or Zip Pay, the same returns policy applies.
If store credit is issued, your payment plan will continue.
If a refund is approved (for faulty items), your payment plan will be updated accordingly.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your item.
You’ll receive an update once your return is finalised.
During busy periods, slight delays may occur.
